2. What Data Is Stored and Where

TimePay is an offline app. All data you enter is stored only locally on your device in a protected SwiftData store:

• work sessions (start time, end time, notes);
• pay rates and multiplier rules;
• shift schedules and their settings;
• absences (vacation, sick leave, etc.);
• personal app settings.

This data never leaves your device and is not sent to the developer or any third parties.

3. Premium Status and Keychain

To ensure uninterrupted access after purchase, the app stores a verified Premium status flag in your device’s system Keychain. This data contains no personal information and is not accessible to the developer.

4. In-App Purchases

TimePay uses Apple StoreKit to process purchases. All payment transactions are handled exclusively by Apple — the developer does not receive or store any data about your payment card or iCloud account. Learn more: Apple Privacy Policy.

5. Local Notifications

The app may send local notifications (reminders to start or end a shift). Notifications are created and displayed only on your device — no data is transmitted over the network. Notification permission is requested by iOS and can be revoked at any time in Settings → TimePay → Notifications.

6. Widget

The TimePay widget extension receives data from the main app through an App Group — a secure local channel within your device. No data is exchanged over the internet.

7. Data Export

The “Export CSV” and “Create Backup (JSON)” features are initiated solely by you. The file is saved wherever you choose (iCloud Drive, AirDrop, etc.). The developer does not have access to these files.

8. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

TimePay does not include any analytics, advertising, or user behavior tracking SDKs (Google Analytics, Firebase, Meta, etc.). Cross-app tracking is not performed.

9. Children’s Data

TimePay is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. Since the app does not collect any data at all, specific safeguards for this age group align with the general policy above.

10. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Since all data is stored only on your device, you have full control over it:

• View and edit — directly in the app.
• Delete individual records — through the app interface.
• Delete all data — remove the TimePay app from your device; all local data will be erased.

11. Security

App data is protected by standard iOS security measures (device filesystem encryption, process isolation). The developer has no technical means to access your data.

12. Changes to This Policy

If material changes are made, a new version will be published at this same address with an updated effective date. We recommend reviewing this page from time to time.
